31/7/2014 - The Sundance Film Festival goes to Poland

After other cities such as London, the Sundance Film Festival is extending its international partnerships to Poland through its partnership with the Poznan Transatlantyk Festival. This festival will be opening next week. It will be the fourth edition of the festival, which for the first time will feature top films screened at Sundance in recent years.

This results in a programme appropriately named "Sundance at Transatlantyk". The selection includes both fiction and documentary features, such as Nick Cave's autobiographical adventure 20,000 Days on Earth, the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival opening film I Origins by Mark Cahill and the much awaited new films by Anton Corbjin, the thriller A Most Wanted Man.

The 4th Poznan Transatlantyk Film Festival and will run from the 8th to the 14th of August 2014.
