"A young soldier returning to California discovers he no longer loves his wife and agrees to pose as the husband of an unknown pregnant woman returning home to her family. The major mistake with this film is that apart from the occasional amusing joke, it takes the strange situation too seriously with a sluggish pace and sloppy overdone cinematography. Keanu Reeves gives a wooden performance, but Giannini and Quinn offer amusing support."
