"A kid’s parents do not allow his dog to go with them after his American football playing father is traded. But Bingo follows them half way across the country. 

Bingo's story is a little too implausible, but it would have been okay had it been brought to the screen with a little more ambition. It is clearly solely aimed at a young audience. Further proof is that its bite, instead, is counterproductive and probably accidental, coming from its representation of its human characters as a little too obnoxious."
