"A film crew make a biopic on Christopher Columbus in Bolivia right in the middle of a rise against the pivatisation of water. The clever metaphors used in the story are not matched by the much less clever style in which this film is made. Thus the film falls short of the art house cinema classification but still far from the average thought provoking crowd pleaser."
