"A young figure skater named Katie who has trouble fitting in, is helped gaining confidence by her friendship with Santa’s new reindeer Blizzard. Not  much to say about LeVar Burton's Blizzard, which is the usual made for TV seasonal comedy, with the same old clichés. It is almost as if the creatives behind the vast majority of Christmas family movies were more than happy to just set the films on auto pilot. 

Despite the presence of some notable names, such as Christopher Plummer, Brenda Blethyn, Kevin Pollack and Whoppi Goldberg voicing the leading magical raindeer, this is dull, predictable and very substandard stuff."
