"An unsuccessful actor and a failing writer, living in squallor and decadence, find themselves tring to cope after a string of accidents finds them surrounded in corpses.

A FILM WITH ME IN IT is a riveting farce by IAN FITZGIBBONS, with an impressive balance of absurdity and wit that at once recalls such films as MURDER BY DEATH and WITHNAIL & I.

The film mostly takes place in one whole setting, a relict of a house in which an endless series of unfortunately events take place at a great pace. It is an entertainment work of black comedy, with an open hint at satire on the theatre, film and art industry, expressed creatively and honestly through fearless outrageousness.

Equally as impressive are DYLAN MORAN and MARK DOHERTY - the latter also wrote the screenplay -  in the leading roles. This is a team up that feels like a lively updated version of LAUREL AND HARDY with radically different personalities made all the more nightmarishly enjoyable by their excellent chemistry."
