JACQUES AUDIARD's READ MY LIPS is a very clever thriller drama that is especially commendable for its three dimensional portrayal of its beaten down and broken characters. The development of the pivotal relationship is excellently balanced and feels very genuine with all its different types of tension. On top of this, the narrative itself is gripping with its numerous intelligent and rewarding twists, some of which add a sense of intriguing unpredictability. 

VINCENT CASSEL and EMMANUELLE DEVOS are amazing as the lonely misfits, with their opposed personalities and the great chemistry they share, which intensifies the storyline and the arch of development of the characters they portray."
