"A neurotic and overworked hitman involved in the kidnapping of the daughter of a famous and wealthy Japanese industrialist is framed after the leader of his gang discovers to have kidnapped his boss’ goddaughter. 

Compared to films like True Romance and Pulp Fiction, which it openly tries to imitate, Kirk Wong's The Big Hit feels infinitely more shallow and uninteresting. It also comes across as mostly needlessly violent and full of clichés, which adds up to it being only slightly entertaining."
