"Sylvester Cat, in order to stay in his happy home, must see that he is good use to his owners by chasing mice out. But when there are no mice in the house to be found, he strikes a deal with one he finds outside that he won’t eat him if he becomes his slave. The character of Sylvester Cat is fun, but this short doesn’t have the verve of his best stuff."
