Armageddon is another Michael Bay action flick that is only good when taken as sheer shallow entertainment. When looked at from a neutral perspective it might actually be his most solid work to date. Nevertheless, the melodramatic touches are always so repetitive and simplistic. The characters are very two dimensional. And the narrative is incredibly predictable."
