"All That, for a short while, was the equivalent of Saturday Night Live for kids. Kenan and Kel, who also had their own show on Nickelodeon, may have been the most loved performers from that show. This is one of the only chances they ever had at the box office, and the vehicle taken from a sketch in the afore mentioned show All That may not have been as suitable for the big screen as initially thought; the competition between a small burger restaurant and a huge one is badly scripted and not even that funny, but fans of Kenan and Kel will at least appreciate some of its humour."
