"A girl goes to college and aims to make her parents proud by becoming a reference entry in the Tri-U Sorority. However, romance gets in the way of such ambitions.

TAKE CARE OF MY LITTLE GIRL is a studio driven and almost surreal example of college films that still followed the conventional taste of the age of American consensus, and perhaps even far too rooted in America to have any relevance on an international level in a nostalgic sense.

Even as a so called chick flick, it has no style or attitude and it is totally outdated. The character development seems constructed and formulaic and never quite legitimate, while the romantic escapades are almost a side dish to the borefest of the narrative code."
