"A middle aged businessman on holiday in the South of Italy makes a deal with some local inhabitants; whatever land he will walk through from sunrise to sunrise will be his. However, his trip is often slowed down by a beautiful reporter called Scarabea and his own sick mind twisted with thoughts on sex and lust that leave him scarred. An experimental kind of drama that relies on landscape a lot. While its examination of obsession and even lust and gluttony is somewhat original, this is a film that is detatched, sometimes dull and very cold."
