Only rarely do such blatant juxtapositions of reality and fables work so well; it is its imaginative strength with prince charming fighting off buses, the princess bursting into songs without warning, televisions considered magic mirrors and evil witches appearing in boiling soups that really makes this film fun and surprisingly full of creativity.
